CBC/SRC Association Picnic at Burnaby Central Railway on August 14, 2024
Mother Nature provided a perfect summer day for the annual picnic and barbecue at Burnaby Central Railway, Confederation Park, on August 14th. The barbecue was put to good use and the potluck tables were filled with an amazing arraya of savoury and sweet choices for everyone to share, including the railway volunteers who did an amazing job of providing the train rides, explaining the mechanics of it all to children and adults alike, and no doubt answering a million questions! Between adults and children, a total 9f 52 were in attendance to enjoy the day and judging from the smiles and comments, it was great fun for everyone.
